Tip of the Week: 9/12

When measuring fluorescence of liquids or dyes with modular spectrometers, it is often helpful to use a 3-port cuvette holder.  This allows the spectrometer to measure the signal orthogonal to the excitation, eliminating the need to use excitation blocking filters.
