Job Description

We serve application solutions for the pharmaceutical, biomedical, safety and security, physical, chemical, and research communities. With the fast growth of our business, we have an immediate vacancy for a full-time Adminstrative Assistant for our Plainsboro, NJ location.
Responsibilities:
Provides professional administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
Greets visitors, answers incoming phone calls and delivers world-class service to our customers.
Carries out administrative duties and perform light bookkeeping duties
Manages and maintains files, records and correspondence both hard and digital copies.
Requirements:
Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Outstanding organizational skills.
Superior communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as excellent reading and comprehension skills.
Must be a team player.
Quickbooks experience is preferred but not required.
Education:
High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
Administrative Assistants & Receptionists: 3 years (Preferred)
Full time position with full benefit package
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $33,674.00 – $50,000.00 per year
