Tradeshow: Pittcon 2013

Since last year’s show, we’ve made some really exciting developments in our products and services.  This year at the show, we are featuring our i-Raman® EX portable Raman spectrometer featuring a 1064nm excitation laser. Using a high sensitivity InGaAs detector with deep TE cooling and high dynamic range, this portable Raman spectrometer delivers a high signal to noise ratio without inducing auto-fluorescence, making it possible to measure a wide range of biological samples.  In addition to the i-Raman EX, we’ll be showing our enhanced version of the award winning high resolution Raman spectrometer, the i-Raman Plus as well as our revolutionary NanoRam® handheld Raman spectrometer.  We’ll also have our Exemplar series product line of smart spectrometers, all featuring a built-in processor for on-board processing, SuperSpeed USB 3.0 communication and multi-channel capabilities.

These developments will all be featured in live demonstrations to share with everyone who stops by our booth.  One of our demo tables will feature the i-Raman EX measuring various highly fluorescent oils and rums directly through their manufactured containers.  Another will display our i-Raman Plus measuring numerous samples with a variety of sampling equipment including a video microscope and probe holder.  Additionally, we’ll demonstrate the NanoRam identifying assorted white powders using both HQI and p-value options.

Our fluorescence demo is made up of 3 different quantum dots being excited by a xenon lamp and our highly sensitive Exemplar Plus measuring the fluorescence spectrum.  We’ll also display a multi-channel demo where four of our Exemplar spectrometers will simultaneously acquire spectra of light from 4 different quadrants on an OLED display.

Be sure to stop by booth #3349 to check out our exciting new products and demonstrations!  You won’t want to miss it!

We look forward to seeing you at the show!
