B&W Tek goes green, will stop printing paper manuals

In an effort to reduce waste and go green, B&W Tek has announced that it will no longer supply printed manuals as part of standard shipments. Instead, customers will be provided all manuals on USB drives containing software and support videos that are already being shipped to customers as part of the standard packages.

B&W Tek is leaving open the option for customers to request paper copies, and customers also have the option to print out any paper manuals that they deem necessary from the digital versions that they receive.

The company is also working diligently to supply more support videos that will lead customers through installation and troubleshooting, further improving usage and accessibility for customers.
