Raman Probes and Accessories
Measure both solid and liquid samples using a variety of Raman probe configurations. Lab probes include optional shafts and sampling accessories to enable easy measurement of solid and liquid samples.
Step 3: Choose your Fiber Optic Raman Probe and Sampling Accessories
Why is the choice of the Raman Probe important?
The final piece in designing your 1064 nm DIY Raman system is choice of the sample interface. In the case of a DIY Raman system, a fiberoptic probe is the most versatile choice. Our laboratory probe makes it simple to measure solid and liquid samples, either non-contact inside of containers, or via immersion with a sealed immersion probe shaft. Accessories are available to couple the probe to vial and cuvette holders, microscope stages, flow cells, and other interfaces for the ultimate in sampling versatility.
1064 nm Fiber Optic Probe Options
Measuring Raman spectra with a 1064 nm laser and an InGaAs detector requires highly efficient optics. For these systems, we offer our High-Throughput BAC100B-HT probe. There are multiple shaft configurations of our 1064 nm fiber-optic Raman probe for use as part of our 1064 nm DIY Raman kits. Explore your options below.
BAC100B Laboratory Probe - High-Throughput Configuration
The BAC100B is our workhorse probe for DIY Raman kits.

All of our laboratory-grade Raman probes have the following common features:

For our 1064 nm DIY Raman systems, we offer our BAC100B-HT high-throughput probe as our standard option. There are multiple shaft configurations of our 1064 nm fiber-optic Raman probe for use as part of our 1064 nm DIY Raman kits. Explore your options below.

Our high-throughput 1064nm BAC100B-HT probe designed for the highest efficiency of coupling with our Sol HT Research-Grade spectrometer. This combination delivers up to 500% more signal than with a traditional Czerny-Turner fiber-optically coupled spectrograph.

Configurable Probe Shafts
Our 1064nm BAC100B-HT Raman probe can be factory-configured with different probe shafts that allow for analyzing samples under a wide range of conditions. Probes with lengths less than 6 inches can be installed by users in the field. Longer probe shaft lengths require fine-tuning of the optical alignment using our Adjustable Shaft Adapter. All shafts are compatible with the standard, -E, and -HR configurations of the BAC100B Raman probe.
